§ 151.16 STREET AND ALLEY DIMENSIONS.
   All streets hereafter laid out, platted, or opened within said city shall, unless otherwise provided by the Council, be 60 feet wide, and all alleys, unless otherwise provided, shall be 20 feet wide.
