§ 150.21 CLASS OF PERMITS.

   The permits to be issued hereunder shall be of seven classes, as follows, for construction or remodeling of or repair or additions to buildings or for moving or transporting buildings:

   (A)   Class A: where the value or remodeling cost is over $75,000;

   (B)   Class B: greater than $50,000 through $75,000;

   (C)   Class C: greater than $25,000 through $50,000;

   (D)   Class D: greater than $5,000 through $25,000;

   (E)   Class E: greater than $1,000 through $5,000; and

   (F)   Class F: $1,000 or less.

   (G)   Class G: demolition permit.
