§ 150.20 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No corporation, person, or persons shall erect, construct, or build a new building or structure of any type; alter or remodel any building or structure of any type; relocate within the city any building or structure of any type; locate or move into the city any building or structure of any type; or construct any fence unless such corporation, person, or persons shall first apply with the City Clerk and secure with consent of the City Council, a permit to do the same, which said application shall be in writing and shall specify the type of building or structure concerned, the purpose to which such building or structure will be devoted, building plans for the same, the location or proposed location thereof, the cost thereof (in the case of remodeling), and the fair market value thereof, in the case of a new structure or moving a structure.
