§ 114.41 NON-USE OF LICENSE.
   Every license issued by the City Clerk under the provisions of this chapter shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the establishment does not rent, lease, or let a sleeping room to a guest within 270 days from the date of license issuance or if the establishment authorized by such license is suspended or abandoned at any time after the license is issued for a period of 270 consecutive days. Before a bed and breakfast establishment license can be recommenced, a new license shall first be obtained from the city and a fee therefor shall be required for a new license.
