§ 114.40 FILING/LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   An applicant shall pay a filing fee of $40 to the City Clerk upon filing an application for license.
   (B)   An applicant shall pay a license fee of $125 upon the issuance of the license and a fee of $125 annually thereafter.
