The number of Class A licenses which may be in force at any one time is limited to eight; the number of Class B licenses which may be in force at any one time is limited to the number of establishments eligible for such a Class B license; the number of Class C licenses which may be in force at any one time is limited to four; the number of Class D licenses which may be in force at any one time is limited to one; the number of Class E licenses which may be in force at any one time shall not be limited.
