§ 110.19 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   Any person desiring a license for any purpose under the ordinances of said city shall make a written application therefor to the Mayor, stating his or her name, the purpose for which the license is desired, for what length of time, and the place where his or her business or occupation is to be carried on. If the Mayor shall grant the application, he or she shall so endorse the same, together with the amount of the license fee fixed by the ordinance in the case. Upon filing of the application so endorsed with the City Clerk and the payment of the sum so specified and required, the City Clerk shall issue to the applicant a license for the purpose and time therein specified.
