Every person engaged in any business, occupation, or pursuit required to be licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall register with the City Clerk his or her name, residence, occupation, or business and the place where the latter is or is to be carried on, and in the case of a company or firm, the names of the persons composing the same shall also be registered.
