§ 110.15 LICENSES FOR BUSINESS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to be engaged in or carry on any business, occupation, or pursuit hereinafter mentioned in this subchapter within the limits of the city without having first obtained a license therefor in the manner hereinafter provided.
