§ 30.04 CONDUCT OF CITY OFFICERS.
   The Mayor shall supervise the conduct of officers of the city, inquire into all reasonable complaints made against them, and cause all their neglects or violations of official duties to be promptly corrected or reported to the proper tribunal for punishment.
