(A) The boat launching ramp at the Montebello Access Area n/k/a Ira Smith Access Area shall be used only for the purpose of launching boats into the Mississippi River. Persons launching boats shall promptly move their vehicles beyond the “No Parking Area” at the ramp after launching their boats.
(B) There shall be no parking of motor vehicles or other items or equipment of any kind with 50 feet of the boat ramp.
(C) Swimming in the Mississippi River is prohibited at any point adjacent to the Montebello Access Area n/k/a Ira Smith Access Area and for a distance of 100 feet westerly into the river.
