Prior to the city cutting weeds on private property where the city intends to take a lien, the City Clerk shall give 30 days’ written notice to the persons listed as owner or taxpayer on the records of the County Treasurer. This subchapter shall be published in pamphlet form by authority of the corporate authorities of the city in accordance with statute.
