§ 91.31 EXTERNAL FIRE AND RESCUE CALLS.
   (A)   The City Volunteer Fire Department is authorized to answer fire and rescue calls within the state for a distance of 15 miles from the city limits of the city, unless otherwise specified.
   (B)   For such calls, the owners of the property or the person involved in a fire or rescue call shall be charged as follows:
      (1)   Truck charge. A separate charge of $500 for the first truck on the scene, an additional $400 for the second truck on the scene, and an additional $100 for the third truck on the scene; and
      (2)   Hourly charge. In addition to the truck charge provided in division (B)(1) above, an additional charge of $300 per hour for each hour or part thereof that the City Fire Department is on the scene after the first hour.
