§ 91.19 OBSTRUCTING FIREFIGHTERS OR FIRE TRUCKS.
   (A)   Obstruction of duty. No person shall willfully resist, obstruct, or hinder any member of the Fire Department in the performance of his or her duty at a fire or shall willfully or maliciously injure, break, or deface any engine hose, carriage, or fire apparatus belonging to the city.

   (B)   Obstruction of fire truck. No person not a member of the Fire Department or the Health and Safety Committee shall jump upon or be upon any fire truck, hose reel, carriage, or fire apparatus belonging to the city when the same shall be going to or returning from a fire unless expressly requested to do so by the Fire Marshal or, in his or her absence, by the Acting Fire Marshal. No person driving any car, automobile, wagon, carriage, or other vehicle shall get on the street in front of any fire apparatus when said apparatus is on its way to a fire in answer to any fire alarm or fire call, and the driver of any of the vehicles above described, finding himself or herself in such a position shall immediately withdraw to the side of the street, giving any apparatus of the Fire Department a clear right-of-way on the street or alley in the direction in which said apparatus shall be going.
