NOTES:
(1) No person not possessing a city or state sticker or license authorizing them to park in handicapped person parking properly affixed to their vehicle shall park in such spaces.
(2) No person not possessing a city or state sticker or license authorizing them to park in handicapped person only parking, properly affixed to their motor vehicle, shall park in such spaces.
(3) The City Clerk is requested to notify the Public Works Director of this designation, and the Public Works Director shall, thereupon, place an appropriate sign at such location, noting that such space is parking for a designated handicapped person or persons only. No person not possessing a city or state sticker or license authorizing them to park in handicapped person parking, properly affixed to their vehicle, shall park in such spaces.
