(A) The following streets and parts of streets are hereby declared to constitute through streets: Broadway from 2nd Street to 14th Street.
(B) Every driver of a vehicle or street car traversing any street intersecting with any through street shall stop such vehicle or street car before entering upon the through street unless a “go” signal is given at such intersection by traffic officer or a traffic sign.
(C) The City Council may, by resolution, designate certain places where stop signs are to be placed, and when the same are placed in accordance therewith, it shall be the duty of motorists to stop their vehicles before entering upon the street being approached.
