§ 52.53 2ND STREET BETWEEN MAIN AND ELM STREETS.
   There shall be a sewer main tapping fee of $250 and a water main tapping fee of $300 for any hookups to the water main and sewer main installed in 2nd Street between Main and Elm Street.
