(A) For sewer customers of the city, the current base rate shall be $7.66 plus $2.43 per 1,000 gallons of water usage and shall be known as the current base rate for customers within the city limits of the city. For sewer customers outside the city limits, the current base rate shall be 1.5 times the current base rate for customers within the city limits. The rates established herein shall take effect and be subject to CPI adjustments consistent with existing ordinances as of May 1, 2010.
(B) Whenever any residence or other premises are connected to the city sewer system without being attached to the water system, the minimum monthly sewer fee shall be $35 per month.
