§ 52.33 SEWER EXTENSION FEES.
   For purposes of this section, a SEWER EXTENSION TO A PREVIOUSLY UNSEWERED PROPERTY is defined as any extension of public sewer requested by a property owner or user, where the sewer is to be extended by the city and at the city’s expense to any user not previously served by the sewer system. The fee for any such extension shall be $1,500.
