§ 52.17 DEDICATION OF SEWER LINES IN PUBLIC STREET.
   Mains, as a condition of allowing location of any sewer or water streets or upon any property owned by the city of all such mains, shall be dedicated to the city prior to their construction, and in the event any such mains are installed without such dedication, the act of installation shall be dedication to the city, as aforesaid.
