§ 52.03 RECORDS; MAPS OF SEWER CONNECTIONS.
   The City Clerk shall keep a record of all sewer connections and maps showing location of same and the position of all house drains, connections, junctions, and other data necessary for the proper supervision of all public sewers and drains and their connections, said maps and data to be prepared and furnished by the applicant for sewer connection permit and said records, maps, and data to be kept on file by the City Clerk, subject to the inspection of the Committee or any member of the City Council, or any person having an interest therein.
