§ 51.06 USE OF GROUNDWATER AS WATER SUPPLY.
   (A)   Use of groundwater as a potable water supply prohibited. The use or attempted use of groundwater as a potable water supply from within the area shown on Exhibit A attached to the ordinance adopted herein, by the installation of wells or by any other method is hereby prohibited. This prohibition extends west into the rights-of-way of State Route 136, north into the right-of-way of Main Street, east into the right-of-way of 2nd Street and includes Parcel 11-30-951-00, 11-30952-000, 11-30-937-002, and 11-30-937-006. This prohibition expressly applies to the city.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      PERSON. Any individual, partnership, co-partnership, firm, company, limited liability company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, political subdivision, or any other legal entity or their legal representatives, agents, or assignees.
      POTABLE WATER. Any water used for human or domestic consumption including, but not limited to, water used for drinking, bathing, swimming, washing dishes, or preparing foods.
