§ 50.21 METERS ARE CITY PROPERTY.
   The water meter charge is an installation and usage charge, and ownership with the water meter shall remain in the city, and the water meters shall remain city property. The city shall repair and replace, at the city’s expense, meter defects occurring at any time hereafter.
