§ 50.17 COMMITTEE AND PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
   (A)   Committee to supervise. The Committee on Public Sewers and Water Works shall have a general supervision of the maintenance and operation of the sewer and water works system of the city.

   (B)   Superintendent. The Committee on Public Sewers and Water Works shall have one assistant to be known as the Public Works Director, whose appointment, term, and salary shall be fixed by the Council.
