§ 34.31 EXTENSION AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWER TAX.
   Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-143-1, the city shall, for the 1996-1997 fiscal year and all subsequent years, levy a tax of 0.10% for the extension and maintenance of sewers for extension and replacement.
