186.05 SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING PROCEDURES AND DISCLOSURE.

For the purposes of this chapter, all substance abuse testing shall be done in conformance with the procedures set out in Chapter 180. Section 180.05 shall control all procedural or disclosure questions arising under this chapter and all testing procedures and disclosure of results shall be done in conformance with that Section.
