949.03 MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES AND FEES FOR ATTACHMENTS TO CITY POLES.
General Charges and Fees. There are hereby established the following schedules of miscellaneous charges and fees for attachments to the City’s utility poles, as set forth in the Electric Pole Attachment Tariff Policy as amended from time to time, copies of which are on file with the Director of Electric and the City Clerk.

Attachment to City Utility Pole | $15.00 per attachment based on a single point of wire line contact utilizing no more than one foot of vertical pole space. |

Rearranging of Licensee’s equipment | Time and Materials Plus 10% |
