930.03 TERM OF OFFICE.

The term of the selected persons to be appointed shall be for the duration of the development of the storm water management plan for the City of Hamilton not to exceed 2 years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, their successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.
