948.04 ACCOUNTING.

Payments for the sale of compost shall be made in advance of the delivery of the same, except in those cases where 500 cubic yards or more of compost are sold within a calendar year, any purchaser may be billed on a monthly basis. All payments for the sale of compost shall be received by the Department of Finance and shall be credited to the Sewage Service Fund of the City.
