Unless otherwise specifically prohibited by the General Statutes, commencing on the 1st day of July and every quarter thereafter, the Board of Education shall file with the Mayor and Legislative Council, a quarterly report on all contracts (including, agreements, memoranda of understanding, memoranda or agreement, letters of understanding, side letters and other agreements) entered into on behalf of the Town, including but not limited to, those executed within the budget limits or other authority established by the Legislative Council and/or the Board of Education; however, excluding all such contracts (as defined in this subsection) as may be exempted from disclosure by federal or state Law or otherwise not capable of redaction in order to protect statutory privacy rights of individuals.
