(A) The Second Voting District of the Town of Hamden shall comprise of all the territory within the following limits: from the intersection of W. C. Parkway and Circular Avenue. South on Circular to Arents Road. North on Arents to Battis Road. North on Battis to Grandview Avenue. East and south on Grandview to Haywood Lane. East on Haywood to Lake View Avenue. North on Lake View to Red Rock Terrace. East on Red Rock to Dixwell Avenue. South on Dixwell to Mather Street. East on Mather to the Farmington Canal Trail. South on the trail to Putnam Avenue. Northwest on Putnam to Helen Street. Northwest on Helen to Elmer Avenue. South on Elmer to Woodin Street. Northwest on Woodin to the Belden Brook. North on the brook to the W.C. Parkway. North on the parkway to the overpass at Circular Avenue.
(B) The polling place for the second voting district shall be the Booker T. Washington Academy, 306 Circular Avenue.
