SECTION 5-1: ELECTION AND QUALIFICATIONS.
   At each general Town election, a Mayor shall be chosen by the Electors of the Town. Such Mayor shall be the chief executive officer of the Town and shall receive such compensation as shall be set by the Council. The Mayor shall devote full time to the duties of the office178.
