A. Each Elector of this State who shall reside within the limits of the Town upon the date of any election, and who shall be qualified to vote therein, shall be an Elector of the Town. All such Electors whose names are legally registered on the list of voters shall be entitled to vote at such elections43.
B. The Registrars of Voters shall prepare lists of Electors qualified to vote therefore, in the manner prescribed by the State Constitution, the General Statutes and any Special Acts applicable to the Town44.
