(A) Any such Appointee so removed may appeal the Mayor's order of removal from said Board, Commission, Relevant Position or Panel of Alternates to the Legislative Council not more 30 business days from the date of the order of removal of said Mayor. A vote to overturn the decision of the Mayor shall be by 2/3 vote of the entire membership of the Council.
(B) Any such Appointee may, within 30 business days from the date of decision of the Legislative Council, take any appeals as may be permitted by law.
(C) No such Appointee so removed shall exercise any of the powers of office during the pendency of the appeal.
