(A) No data collected or derived from any use of facial recognition in violation of this chapter and no evidence derived therefrom may be received in evidence in any hearing or other proceeding in or before any department, officer, agency, committee, board, commission or other authority under the jurisdiction of the town.
(B) Training. The town will address alleged violations of this chapter in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
