§ 154.68 POWERS OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   The Commission shall have such powers, shall perform such functions and shall be subject to such limitations as shall from time to time be prescribed by the applicable Connecticut General Statutes.
   (B)   The Commission may from time to time, in accordance with Conn. Gen. Sta., § 7-147q, initiate the designation of additional historic properties or the enlargement of the boundaries of an existing historic property.
   (C)   The Commission shall adopt rules of procedure not inconsistent with the provisions of the state statutes, and may, subject to appropriation, employ clerical and technical assistance or consultants and may accept gifts of money and expend the same for such purposes.
