§ 154.45 INTENT AND PURPOSE.
   It is the intent and purpose of this subchapter to provide optional property tax relief for certain residents of the town as provided in Conn. Gen. Stat., §§ 12-129n (Real Property Tax Relief for Certain Homeowners Age 65 or Over or Permanently and Totally Disabled), 12-170v (Real Property Tax Relief to Certain Elderly Homeowners) and 12-170w (Application for Real Property Relief).
