§ 154.13 INSPECTIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS; REPORTS.
   The Enforcement Officer shall initiate inspections and investigations, and shall receive information and complaints concerning compliance with the provisions of this subchapter. The Enforcement Officer shall provide the Legislative Council with monthly written status reports, indicating the number of complaints, violations identified, active and closed cases, and other information as requested.
