§ 152.62 RENTAL OR OCCUPANCY OF VACANT DWELLING UNIT.

No owner shall occupy or let to any other occupant any vacant dwelling or dwelling unit unless it is clean, sanitary and fit for human occupancy in compliance with all applicable requirements of this chapter.
