§ 150A.01 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall demolish any building, structure or part thereof without first obtaining a demolition permit from the Building Official or his/her designee in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes and the regulations of Connecticut state agencies as amended from time to time.
