(A) The fee for a permit for the demolition of a building or structure shall be at the rate of $25 per first $1,000 of estimated cost of demolition of the building or structure.
(B) An additional fee of $18 per $1,000 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof above the first $1,000 of estimated value.
