(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person within the boundaries of any school property to consume or have in his possession or control, intoxicating liquors of any kind.
(B) For purposes of this section, school property shall include all property under the jurisdiction of the Board of Education including an outdoor area as well as school buildings.
(C) The Board of Education may upon application authorize the consumption of alcoholic liquors on any school property within the town under such conditions as the Board shall deem appropriate for the protection of the public.
