(A) No person shall file, or offer for file, a materially false statement, required to be filed, or permitted to be filed, by this chapter.
(B) Any person convicted under this section, in addition to the penalty provided in § 110.99 of this chapter, shall be ineligible to engage in, or submit a bid to engage in, a public-funds transaction for a period of 5 years from such conviction.
