(A) The fair employment standards of the state and federal statutes referred to in § 110.01 of this chapter are made a condition of, and specification of, all contracts for public-fund transactions of the town.
(B) Each contract document, purchase order or invoice relating to a public-fund transaction shall contain a certification substantially as follows: The contractor agrees and warrants that in the performance of this contract, he will not discriminate or permit discrimination against any person or group of persons on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex or national origin in any manner prohibited by the laws of the United States or this state, and further agrees to comply with all provisions of "An Ordinance Relating to Doing Business with the Town of Hamden."
