§ 102.99 PENALTY.

Law enforcement officers may issue a citation for violation of this chapter. Persons receiving said citations shall be fined $100 for each violation of any provision of this chapter. Appeals may be made pursuant to Chapter 12: Hearing Procedure for Municipal Citations of the Town of Hamden Code of Ordinances.
