(A) It shall be prohibited, at all times, for an individual to smoke and/or use any tobacco product in any form while at a town park or recreational property, on public school grounds, or on any other specified sections of town owned property.
(B) The use of tobacco products while at a town park or recreational property or town owned property may be permitted in areas designated by the Mayor or his/her designee in consultation with the Parks and Recreation Commission.
