There is hereby created the Hamden Housing Partnership, appointed by the chief elected official of the municipality. The Partnership shall consist of the following members:
(A) The chief elected official of the town:
(B) Representatives of the Planning Commission, Zoning Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission, Housing Authority, and any local community development agency, not to exceed three in number;
(C) Representatives of the local business community, such as local bankers, realtors, and developers, not to exceed three in number;
(D) Representatives of public interest groups, such as housing advocates, members of the clergy, members of local civic groups and representatives of local nonprofit corporations, not to exceed three in number; and
(E) Local urban planning, land use and housing professionals, not to exceed three in number.
