§ 97.08 INTERPRETATION.
   In the event of any question as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of this chapter, with the exception of the use of police officers, which is in the sole discretion of the Chief of Police or his/her designee, the decision of the Town Engineer or the Department of Public Works, as applicable, shall be final.
