§ 96.03 ISSUANCE OF WORK PERMIT.
   (A)   Except in emergency, the existence of which shall be determined by the town, a permit shall be issued only during those months of the year seasonable for the construction or repair.
   (B)   All permits shall be maintained at the location of the work authorized thereby and shall be exhibited on request to an authorized agent of the Legislative Council.
