§ 95.33 LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   Nothing within this subchapter shall be construed as conferring any administrative authority over staff or operations of the Town Center Park or its programs.
   (B)   The Town Center Park Commission shall have no authority to incur any expenses without prior approval of the Mayor and the Legislative Council. The Commission shall have no fiscal authority.
